Break the Stereotype
One of our smaller goals is to educate people on gender inequality because most people are oblivious to what is still going on. With statistics, shocking information, and personal stories, we hope to drive people to want to do something about it, and guide them on how to do it. Our main goal is to encourage people, mostly women, to break stereotypes. The stereotype that the male is the dominant leader and the female is the submissive caretaker, and to push each gender out of their comfort zone and into the place they want to be. Women want to be leaders too, but people subconsciously associate a leader with a man, so women automatically have a disadvantage. We want to make people aware of their subconscious and teach them how to change it, so each gender gets a fair shot at what they want to do. No one should be assigned what they can and can't do just because of their gender, and that is why we want to break the stereotype, because once broken, gender inequality is one step closer to being non-existent.
